After obtaining his Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctorate degrees in engineering, where he earned academic honours from the Phi Eta Sigma, Tau Beta Pi, and Chi Epsilon honour societies, Mr Sepassi shifted his focus and attended law school.

He also gained valuable practical experience in internships with the United States Bankruptcy Court and the Civil Tax Division of the United States Attorney’s Office. In addition to being an experienced attorney and engineer, Mr Sepassi is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker with more than 20 years of experience handling purchase, sale, and mortgage transactions.

This experience provides him with a unique insight into the issues at play in real estate litigation matters because he understands the elements that are important to a well-drafted transaction and recognizes the areas that commonly give rise to disputes.
