Dr. Fiona received her Bachelor of Computer Science from Concordia University in Montreal, Qc, and her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH, where she graduated with honors and in the top ten of her class. She completed her Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of Florida, and first practiced in Jacksonville, Florida.
