Sara obtained her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1989. While at UCLA, Sara travelled and worked extensively.
Then, she attended and completed her law school education at the Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California 1993, where she obtained her Juris Doctor Degree. While in law school, Sara won the American Jurisprudence Award in legal writing. She has been licensed to practice law in the State of California since 1993.
Sara is also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeal for the 9th Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. Sara has extensive experience in general civil litigation; and in 2000, she established her own law practice as the principal of the law firm, Bedirian and Associates, Inc. located in Beverly Hills, California. Then, in March of 2012, she moved her private practice to Glendale, California. Sara prosecutes personal injury cases included, serious injury from auto accidents, serious injury from slip/trip and falls caused by building code violations and other similar hazards, dog bites and other accidents. Sara has obtained several large jury verdicts and settlements for her clients.
During her practice, Sara has aimed at getting victims the compensation they deserve. While a firm believer in meditation and helping both parties reach a solution that works for both sides, she knows when to get tough, and will passionately fight for her clients to the best of her abilities.
Sara and her team will exercise every resource available to them, from well-recognized experts to surveillance data, to reports and construction schematics, in order to deliver the best service to her clients. From a young age, Sara Bedirian felt that it was important to stand up for those who could not stand up for themselves and to be there for them when there was injustice made against them. This belief was what inspired Sara to become an attorney, championing the cause of those who had been wronged at the hands of uncaring or malicious people, such as landlords, property managers, and negligent drivers.
Sara does not believe in the idea of turning someone away because they won’t earn a big enough profit. She believes every case is important, and a victim is entitled to justice regardless of how great or small the injury caused was. As such, she frequently accepts cases other, bigger firms have refused to even look at.
Sara’s work has been recognized numerous times by the City of Los Angeles, State of California and the United States. She was among the first attorneys to truly adopt mediation as an alternative method to resolve disputes, and frequently volunteers and assists others in her own spare time.
